About the role We are currently seeking a compassionate and driven Location Manager to join our team full-time. This role focuses on building strong community presence, delivering exceptional service to families, and leading a high‑performing team. You’ll be a key advocate of our culture and service standards, supporting families before, during, and after the funeral process. Key Responsibilities Lead and optimise daily operations across multiple locations Manage budgets, labour costs, and EBITDA targets Ensure compliance with HSE, auditing, and risk management standards Support and develop a high‑performing, multi‑brand team Drive local marketing and community engagement Maintain exceptional customer service and satisfaction Oversee rostering, timetabling, and inventory coordination About you You are a natural leader who inspires and empowers your team.
