Overview Hobart Endodontics is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient running of our dynamic dental practice located in Sandy Bay, Tasmania. As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day operations, ensuring exceptional patient care, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the practice. This is a full‑time role based on‑site at our Sandy Bay location. What you’ll be doing Overseeing all administrative and operational aspects of the practice, including scheduling, staffing, inventory management, and financial processes. Ensuring a high standard of patient experience and satisfaction through effective communication, problem‑solving, and customer service. Managing and motivating the administrative team, providing training and development opportunities. Implementing and maintaining efficient systems and procedures to optimise practice workflows. Liaising with suppliers, insurance providers, and other external stakeholders. What we’re looking for Proven experience as a Practice Manager or in a similar leadership role within the healthcare or dental industry. Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with patients, staff, and external stakeholders. Proficient in using practice management software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant technology. A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall success of the practice.
