Specialising in all aspects of General Dentistry, our Practice is fitted out with modern equipment, including state of the art sterlisation procedures, and we have a great team of highly regarded Dentists to help our patients with their oral health needs. What we're seeking in our new Practice Manager We're on the lookout for an exceptional Practice Manager who embodies the following qualities : Extensive background in the dental field, coupled with management experience, will give you a distinct advantage. Familiarity with the day-to-day operations of a professional practice is highly desirable. Proven people management experience, enabling you to lead, motivate, and elevate teams, thereby enhancing staff productivity and overall performance. Your strategic mindset will be instrumental in spearheading local area marketing initiatives, driving new patient inflow, and fostering practice growth. Proven business acumen, particularly in reception and the various administrative components integral to a thriving practice. Your track record of propelling business expansion and maximizing profitability will set you apart. Your keen eye for process refinement will empower you to implement innovative strategies and protocols, ensuring unparalleled patient experiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential. While experience with dental software (OASIS) is beneficial, it's not mandatory. Meticulous attention to detail is one of your hallmarks. You're adaptable and capable of seamlessly managing the front desk when the need arises. Why us?
