Waterfall Café: The poolside gem for breezy, casual lunches, refreshing drinks, and dinners with a view. What you’ll do We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Food and Beverage team in casual roles across our vibrant venues. Responsibilities may include serving cocktails poolside, assisting at a teppanyaki grill, or welcoming guests at our bustling buffet. Duties Include Providing friendly, attentive service and handling food & beverage orders Bringing our menu and specials to life with your in-depth knowledge Ensuring stock levels are ready for each shift Setting up and packing down our restaurants, bars, and event spaces Responsibly serving alcohol and following food safety guidelines Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all spaces Collaborating effectively with the team and prioritizing health and safety Skills and Experience Must-Have: Current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate Weekday availability preferred Ability to thrive in a high-energy, high-volume environment Previous experience in cocktails, à la carte dining, or events is a plus How to Apply Ready to dive into a role where every day brings adventure and the chance to make memorable guest experiences?
