We’re partnering with a leading organisation seeking an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join their high-performing People & Culture team. You’ll take ownership of complex ER matters end-to-end, providing expert advice and coaching to leaders across the business. This role offers variety, challenge, and the opportunity to influence outcomes that foster fairness, respect, and strong workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Manage complex ER cases including grievances, investigations, and disciplinary matters. Represent the business in conciliation and conference processes (unfair dismissals, general protections, stop bullying or harassment orders). Coach and support leaders in managing performance, conduct, and behaviour concerns. Review policies and processes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Partner with HR and leadership teams to strengthen ER capability. About You 5+ years’ experience providing ER advice in large or complex organisations. Experience in conducting conciliations in Fair Work Court is essential. Proven experience leading investigations and managing high-risk ER matters. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. Tertiary qualifications in HR, ER, Law or a related discipline.
