Sales and Colour Consultant

This part time role will see you working approx. 21 hours per week based at our Willoughby, NSW store. This autonomous role will report into a supportive and knowledgeable Showroom Managers and be responsible for growing sales through offering a tailored boutique experience and expert advice. Additional accountabilities include stock control, tinting of paints, general housekeeping and cash reconciliations. Key Responsibilities To be successful at Porter’s you will understand the importance of colour in design and have a natural flair for creativity. You will have a passion for developing your career within technical sales and be motivated by providing exceptional customer service. Ideally you can demonstrate: Colour and design experience ideally within the painting or interior design industries. Proven track record in retail sales and exceeding Customer’s expectations. Skills & Experience You enjoy working with people, have great communication skills and are passionate about helping others. We do require you to regularly lift paint tins that weigh up to 25kgs so being physically fit is essential. We will provide product and on the job training, so we are looking for people that are willing to learn, develop and provide excellent service to our passionate customer base.
