We’re on the lookout for passionate, energetic and experienced Dance Teachers to join our Dancinality team for the 2026 season. Each year, our studio keeps growing and we love finding new ways to inspire and train the next generation of dancers. Their experience on stage and in the dance room helps bring a solid foundation, momentum, and a bit of magic to every lesson. We’re after teachers who feel at home working with different age groups and across a mix of dance styles, and who get excited about helping students grow – not just in technique, but in confidence and performance quality too. About the Role Highly skilled in multiple dance styles (e.g. Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Acro, Aerial) Confident teaching students from kindy through to senior levels Passionate about improving technique while creating dynamic, age‑appropriate choreography Experienced in classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment Comfortable providing direction, mentorship, and clear communication Excited to work collaboratively within a strong teaching team Teachers will work directly with students to develop technical foundations, performance skills and choreography, while contributing to the planning and execution of key events throughout the year. Timetabling will be flexible for the right candidate. Required Skills & Experience Demonstrate experience teaching students across multiple age groups Confidently deliver classes in at least two key styles, ideally more Showcase strong dance training and/or professional industry experienceTeach students of all levels and abilities Access or source appropriate teaching materials and resources Hold (or be eligible to obtain) a current Working With Children Check Work collaboratively within a team and maintain excellent communication skills Attend teacher training sessions Attend monthly staff meetings and contribute positively to the teaching faculty Employment Conditions Work as part of a cohesive teaching team Willingness to accept direction and contribute to school-wide goals Commitment to supporting all dance programs within the school Background checks may be required prior to commencement If you are a passionate, dedicated and experienced dance teacher who thrives in a collaborative environment and loves helping students reach their full potential, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
