Job Description Why You’ll Love This Role You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping recreation and leisure experiences for our community. From managing facility hire to driving sports programs and events, this role combines strategic planning with hands‑on leadership. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinate daily operations of a Stirling Leisure Centre Lead the facility hire team Manage budgets, revenue targets, and financial reporting Develop and implement strategic plans Manage key stakeholders, building effective relationships, and influencing decisions to support strategic outcomes Drive customer engagement and service improvements Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development Ensure compliance with safety and risk management standards Prepare reports and business cases for service changes Qualifications What You’ll Bring Tertiary qualification in Recreation or related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in leisure or sports facility management Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive results Strong strategic planning and financial management skills Knowledge of recreation industry trends and best practice Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Current First Aid Certificate and National Police Clearance Additional Information Why You’ll Love Working Here Work Your Way: Flexible hours and free parking Rewarding You: Boosted superannuation and extra leave options Feel Your Best: Free gym, wellness perks, and much more Ready to Make a Real Impact?
