About the Role Ventia has partnered with TasWater for their Facility Management Contract to maintain and service 1,835 sites across Tasmania. Reporting to the Project Manager, the primary purpose of the Facility Coordinator is to coordinate and assist with all facility management services that are delivered to nominated TasWater sites. This role is a Permanent Full-Time position and will be based out of our offices in Moonah , Tasmania . Key Responsibilities of the role : Ensuring that statutory maintenance is provided and measured to all TasWater sites. Monitoring completion of planned maintenance. Delivery of services in accordance with the agreed scope and quality. Monitoring of cost control through the implementation of initiatives, quality management and contractor efficiencies. Provide leadership, role modelling and direction to contractors. Deliver customer satisfaction. Compliance with contractual KPI’s. Management, reporting and monitoring of financial performance against budget including forecasting for planned works. Contractor compliance to Ventia procedures and policies. To be successful in this key role : You will have experience working in a similar role with a background working with different trades type people, accompanied with: Comprehensive knowledge of cost planning Excellent oral and written skills High level of computer skills including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders. Hold a current drivers licence As part of the contractual agreement, any successful candidates will have to undertake a police check and medical check.
