Business Development Executive

Ace Waste is a leader in waste management operating in both Melbourne and Brisbane. We primarily partner with clients in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors throughout Australia. Based in a state‑of‑the‑art facility at Dandenong and working as part of a small team, we are excited to take on our next Business Development Executive where you will have the opportunity to: Become part of an unprecedented expansion within the clinical and industrial waste industry where your efforts will have a genuine impact on you and your clients. Service existing clients and help grow the Ace Waste business. Receive ongoing training and support to succeed in the role. Carve out a niche for yourself within this rapidly growing industry. You will be responsible for: Understanding clients and internal business to provide strategies and services to various companies around Victoria. Finding and creating new business opportunities by approaching new clients. Building relationships through meeting and greeting prospective clients. Maintaining and managing existing relationships with clients. Generating solution‑orientated proposals aligned with business requirements. About You: Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Solution‑focused and able to provide guidance to clients. Strong attention to detail with a confident and proactive attitude. A track record in customer service and sales. Minimum 1‑2 years of sales experience required. A minimum of 3+ years customer service experience is essential. Willingness to door knock/cold call and be hungry for new business. A background in the waste, medical or pharmaceutical industry is nice to have, but not mandatory. Australian citizenship is mandatory for this position. The successful applicant must pass a National Police Check. #J-18808-Ljbffr
