Document Control Analyst## **Job Description****What you’ll do**:* Interact with all functional departments to coordinate the Engineering Change (EC) Process using Agile Product Collaborator for automated ECO work-flow management, which includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:* Reviewing the documents for completeness and accuracy.* Assigning required signatures through the approval and verification phases.* Writing ECOs as needed.* Process all types of related documents through the EC process, to include:* Drawings* Software* Schematics* Manufacturing documents* Other internal ECO-controlled documents* Use various types of document viewers and print out the documents (i.e., Drawing Librarian, AutoCad Viewer, Autovue).* Assist in filling documentation requests as required to expedite engineering and manufacturing projects.**What you’ll bring**:* 3-5 years in documentation control field (or related experience)* High School graduate or equivalent* Knowledge of PCs and working knowledge of Windows-based software; i.e., MS Office and Outlook, Drawing Librarian, AutoCad, AutoCad Viewer and Autovue, Agile PC, Adobe Acrobat* Experience with MRP systems, Oracle preferred* Data entry experience* Detail-oriented, team player, good communicator, comfortable speaking in a group* Ability to work in a “customer-service” organization* Some mechanical and/or electrical drafting experience ***preferred**** Working knowledge of Drafting and Industry Standards (ANSI, Y14.5M, IEEE, AWS) ***preferred*****Work Location & Flexibility** At Brooks, we aim to foster a collaborative and engaging environment while offering flexibility where possible.
