Clinical Nurse Consultant 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants This role requires travelling across services Competitive pay, flexibility & great benefits Contribute to the development and delivery of areas of speciality care related to the education programme across the organisation Contribute to formal strategic planning for the service lines to ensure a focus on areas of speciality is maintained within the organisation What Do We Need You To Do You’ll deliver market leading clinical services, particularly in expertise/specialisation by guiding the process of clinical practice improvement, ensuring clinical practices are research based, innovative and up-to-date, leading clinical service delivery and consultancy strategy and contributing to service-related professional development. This includes Providing analysis of relevant research and operational information and assisting managers to evaluate and integrate the information they receive. Coordinating and maintaining team management systems and ensuring relevant information is input on a consistent and regular basis. Providing a collection of relevant data to assist with budgeting, the operation of the team and production of regular reports. Conducting specialised studies as required, providing insights into the operation of the team and the organisation. What Do We Need You To Bring Typically, this role will require more years’ experience in your field of expertise. You will be continuing to develop in your area of expertise and be expected to provide innovative ideas to solve problems in your discipline.
