Duties & Responsibilities Maintaining efficient core and fashion order management through manual data entry and EDI on all orders Processing, allocating and tracking of all orders including returns Investigating and resolving errors and order related issues within SAP Managing customer service enquiries via email and telephone Running relevant reports and distributing accordingly About You Previous experience within an order management customer service role for a retail / wholesaler Previous experience liaising with major accounts including Myer, David Jones, The Iconic etc. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail especially with data entry About The Company PVH is one of the world’s largest and most admired fashion companies, connecting with consumers in over 40 countries.
