This is your chance to work in a collaborative, forward‑thinking environment where your contributions are truly valued. What You’ll Do Process customer orders received via EDI, phone, and email Respond to order‑related queries including ETAs and delivery follow‑ups Manage changes such as split deliveries, forward orders, and payment processing Resolve issues efficiently or escalate when required Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product management, and warehouse staff Liaise with couriers and logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery What You’ll Bring Passionate about customer service and getting it right the first time Strong communicator – clear, confident, and concise, both in writing and over the phone Able to juggle multiple tasks and work well under pressure Organised and methodical with strong prioritisation skills A natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions Works well independently and as part of a close‑knit team Hybrid work model with two WFH days per week for flexibility.
