They blend data, technology, and predictive analytics to fuel innovation and spark meaningful growth for clients. With a strong and growing footprint in the APAC region, they're now looking for a Director / Head of Commercial to lead business expansion across Australia and New Zealand. You'll take the reins on client development and growth strategy, becoming a trusted partner to some of the world's biggest FMCG and CPG brands. Through syndicated, consulting and AI-powered solutions, they deliver insights on market positioning, innovation pipelines, trends and future product strategies. Director - Commercial Insights This is an important, and senior-level role within the APAC team - building on your experience in insights, commercial account ability and sales with an overarching responsibility to: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, supporting capability building and people development Drive sustainable business growth and elevate the agency's ANZ presence Shape and implement commercial strategy, using your insights and FMCG expertise Own the new business development pipeline – building and converting opportunities across subscriptions, consulting, and AI solutions Lead client contract negotiations and renewals with a solutions-first mindset Identify and maximise growth opportunities within new and existing accounts Represent the brand at conferences, networking events, and industry sessions Be seen as a thought leader within the sector. Stay ahead of the curve on emerging trends and tools, including AI and predictive analytics Work closely with stakeholders across APAC, EMEA and the Americas to align on global growth strategy. What We're Looking For: Proven senior experience in consumer insights, market intelligence or research Commercial acumen and confidence managing C‑suite relationships Strong knowledge of the FMCG / CPG sector, innovation, and analytics tools (AI a plus) A natural leader – experienced in coaching, inspiring, and scaling high-performing teams across sales, client service and customer success Track record of delivering on commercial goals and sales targets.
