With a strong and growing presence in Melbourne, they're now looking for an Account Director to lead key accounts and help shape the future of their local team. The Opportunity You will play a central role in designing and delivering high‑impact quantitative studies, leading client relationships, and contributing to business growth. Expect a healthy mix of ad hoc and tracking work across sectors such as FMCG, retail, media, services, and technology. Brand strategy and communications development Innovation and concept testing Customer experience and journey mapping Behavioural insight and decision‑making As a senior team member, you will guide more junior consultants, collaborate with qualitative and strategic thinkers, and help ensure each project delivers commercial and cultural relevance. About You You are confident, collaborative, and commercially focused, with a passion for turning data into clarity and insight into action. You’ll bring: 7+ years’ experience in quantitative research (agency/consultancy preferred) Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to lead accounts and grow relationships Proven experience managing projects end‑to‑end, from brief to delivery Comfort in survey design, data interpretation, and building compelling narratives A natural collaborator, curious about culture, behaviour, and brands Why This Role?
