Job Description Delivering a 5-star experience every step of the way. We’re looking for a confident, energetic, and guest-focused Duty Manager to join our Front Office team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional ready to elevate their career within a luxury hotel environment. As a key leader on shift, you will embody the Pullman brand - overseeing daily operations, supporting your team, and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional stay. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and support the Front Office team to deliver consistently high service standards and a warm, memorable guest experience Provide hands‑on coaching and ongoing development to help team members excel Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency Foster strong communication and collaboration across all hotel departments Promote a culture of safety, wellbeing, and alignment with Accor’s brand values Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and the continued growth of Front Office talent If you're passionate about operational excellence and creating standout guest experiences, we’d love to welcome you to the team. Qualifications We’re seeking a leader who is committed to personal and team growth, and who thrives in an environment where exceptional guest service is at the heart of everything we do. What We’re Looking For Previous Front Office leadership experience in a hotel or resort environment A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering elevated guest service Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport effortlessly with guests and colleagues A confident communicator skilled in resolving issues, negotiating outcomes and nurturing strong working relationships Experience with Opera Cloud PMS (highly regarded) A proactive, adaptable approach to a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment Availability to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Additional Information Why work for Accor?
