Guest Service Agent – Lancemore Crossley St. Full‑time opportunity | Boutique hotel in Melbourne’s free tram zone | Access exclusive staff benefits About The Role Assist with check‑in and check‑out processes, ensuring a smooth guest experience Respond to guest queries with warmth and professionalism Provide local knowledge and information on hotel services and amenities Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all bookings are correctly recorded Answer emails and phone calls promptly and courteously Support breakfast service and our very popular Hosted Hour Support the team with day‑to‑day administrative and front‑desk tasks Collaborate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure service excellence Help resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively Contribute to a positive team environment that delivers memorable experiences About You A natural people person with a warm, professional communication style Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks Experience in a similar role is ideal, but a great attitude is more important Comfortable with technology – experience using hotel systems is a plus RSA preferred; barista/bar experience also welcomed What’s in it for you?
