Guest Service Agent – Lancemore Crossley St., Melbourne Join the Lancemore Hotel Group as a Guest Service Agent at the Lancemore Crossley St. Hotel. This casual position is part of the front‑of‑house reception team, providing exceptional service to our guests. About The Role Port guest luggage to and from suites. Assist reservation enquiries regarding rates, availability, packages, and facilities. Check guests in and out of the property accurately and timely. Greet all guests and use their name consistently. Handle guest enquiries, provide information on local attractions, and give directions. Answer telephone calls within three rings in a professional, friendly manner. Inform guests of all available facilities and services. Set up guest accounts accurately. Reconcile cashier floats at the completion of each shift. Document all transactions and alterations to accounts or reservations. Communicate with team members of the following shift to ensure continuity of service. Escalate guest requests and issues to appropriate departments promptly. Ensure special requests are acted on appropriately and timely. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front desk at all times. Collect payment of accounts and issue receipts accordingly. Maintain dress and grooming standards at all times. Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Front Office Manager or management team. Flexible and willing to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. Proactive, positive, and enthusiastic about the hospitality industry.
