At Little and Large Events, we create, design, and deliver custom brand activations, pop-ups, and experiences for Australia’s leading shopping centres and retail brands. From large-scale Christmas installations to bespoke photo moments and interactive campaigns — no two days (or events) are ever the same. We’re looking for an organised, proactive Event Installer Manager to join our fast‑paced, creative team and help keep our production wheels turning smoothly. About the Role This is a hands‑on role based at our Gold Coast warehouse. You’ll be responsible for the coordination, organisation, and movement of event materials, props, and custom builds across Australia. You’ll work closely with our event producers, designers and build team to ensure every project is built, packed, delivered and installed to perfection. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for all aspects of event logistics, warehouse management and safety across the company. Overseeing event installs and dismantles. Communicating with clients to manage logistical needs. Gathering venue information to ensure a smooth event set‑up. Running a check on all equipment to be used at the event before it commences and checking event infrastructure after it returns. Responsible for maintenance of event infrastructure. Working with builders to produce all custom event infrastructure. Operating production machinery (CNC and workshop equipment) to produce event infrastructure. Tracking and logging all costs via the company’s chosen software. Overseeing event installation and dismantle. Will be expected to know the exact requirements of each event for the event's success. Overtime fees apply outside of the agreed annual salary. This involves a lot of work outside normal hours. Day‑to‑day warehouse management and operations. Working with event producers on logistical requirements for each event. Managing contract installers to help with installs. Any other reasonable tasks required by management. About You You’re organised, reliable, and thrive in a busy environment. You love a good system, can juggle multiple deadlines, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’re also hands‑on — comfortable using basic power tools, handy with a paint brush and with a working knowledge of building materials and event construction. You’ll bring: Strong organisational and time‑management skills. A proactive attitude and great communication style. Knowledge of building materials, fixings, and safe tool use. Confidence using drills, drivers, and general hand/power tools. Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one). Truck MR licence (or willingness to obtain one). Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, inventory systems). A passion for teamwork and delivering high‑quality results.
