As a Field Service Technician- Deployment at Aristocrat, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding gaming experiences to our customers. You will work directly at customer venues to install, convert, move, and upgrade electronic gaming machines, ensuring a flawless and efficient deployment process. This is an exciting and outstanding opportunity to be part of a world-class team that strives to bring happiness to life through the power of play What You’ll Do Complete pre-install requirements including all admin‑related tasks. Ensure materials required are available and accurately prepared. Confirm the time / date of the work being carried out with the venue. Prepare vehicles with all required tools and materials. Perform equipment upgrades, modifications, and game change conversions. Work with the team for installations and removal of gaming products as well as relocations. Capture and update all activities in Salesforce. Provide a high level of customer service and exceed customer expectations. Ensure you understand and align with Company and venue WHS policies, procedures, and regulations. Maintain the health, safety, and welfare of all employees, visitors, and contractors. Follow accident / incident / near miss processes and conduct investigations as required. Ensure all activities meet Company and legislative & regulatory compliance requirements. What We’re Looking For Valid Australian driver’s licence. Ability to acquire and maintain relevant state/territory gaming licences (support provided by Aristocrat). Excellent problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and fault‑finding capabilities. Strong interpersonal skills and customer service attitude. Self‑motivated and able to work independently across multiple customer sites. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to handle time, tasks, and service schedules. Proficient in using mobile devices and field service applications for reporting. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed. Preferred: Experience in a technical field service role, gaming industry, or electronics/mechanical repair. Familiarity with diagnostic tools, maintenance scheduling, or service coordination. Previous exposure to WHS systems, compliance environments, or regulated industries. Physical Requirements Able to lift / move up to 25kg safely, using accurate manual handling techniques and tools. Capable of confidently ascending a safety step and operating in diverse physical surroundings. Comfortable standing for most of the workday and aiming for extended periods. Capable of easily flexing, crouching, and performing tasks at ground level when necessary. Capable of easily raising arms above head and working at shoulder level when needed. Why Aristocrat?
