This role focuses on Level 1 support, documentation, and process support for various business systems and applications. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, email, and Jira Helpdesk Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and business system issues Escalate complex issues with clear documentation to internal teams Maintain and update IT support documentation (Confluence) Perform user account setup and deactivation for onboarding/offboarding Assist with testing system enhancements and future software releases Support key systems including JD Edwards, POS, and warehouse scanning tools Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and process improvements Deliver high-quality customer service to internal stakeholders What You'll Bring Required Experience in an IT support/helpdesk role or recent IT qualifications Exposure to ERP systems (especially JD Edwards) and/or POS and warehouse systems Familiarity with Active Directory, Gmail, Microsoft Office Strong written and verbal communication skills A proactive, customer-focused mindset Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Preferred Knowledge of SQL Understanding of Data Warehousing or reporting tools (OBIEE, OAC) Experience with ticketing systems and documentation tools Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field Why Join ARB?
