IT Support Analyst - 3-Month Contract, with option to extend. Large and Complex IT environment. IT Support Analyst is currently required for a 3 months contract with option to extend to provide 1st and 2nd level support to 30,000 + users Australia wide in the Health sector. Operating within an ITIL-aligned service model, the IT Support Analyst is essential to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service responsiveness across the organization. You will be supporting a diverse technology stack, including Microsoft 365, Intune-managed endpoints, clinical applications, virtual desktops, and secure access platforms. This role requires a dedicated professional to: Provide first-level diagnosis and resolution for IT incidents and service requests via phone, email, portal, and chat. Participate in ITIL-aligned service desk practices, particularly incident, request, and knowledge management processes. Support common infrastructure and networking issues such as VPN, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP connectivity. Troubleshoot issues across Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, printers, and network connectivity. Assist with endpoint imaging, backup/restoration workflows, and mobile device troubleshooting. Support basic account management functions including password resets, MFA configuration, user onboarding/offboarding, and permissions. Utilize core tools such as Microsoft 365 Admin, Intune, and Active Directory to support users. Provide support across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms where required. Deliver remote and onsite technical support, including walk-up assistance where applicable. Assist with device provisioning, testing, and triage of endpoint issues. To be successful in this position you will be a highly experienced IT Support Analyst who has solid experience providing 1st and 2nd level support for Microsoft products including Windows 10/11, M365, Intune for large and complex sites. You will also be familiar with working within ITIL aligned service management framework. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.
