We also provide tailored assistance in the development and review of management system documentation, helping businesses streamline processes and improve efficiency. We work with a diverse portfolio of clients across construction, manufacturing, local government, and professional services, supporting them to build safer workplaces, achieve ISO certification, and embed strong safety, quality, environmental, and information security cultures. Role Description Develop, implement and improve Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) management systems across multiple client sites. Conduct internal audits and support organisations toward ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 certification. Support clients with risk management , incident investigations, root‑cause analysis and corrective actions. Deliver training and coaching to workers, supervisors, and management teams on HSEQ best practice. Assist our Construction & Safety team with SWMS reviews, site safety checks, project documentation, and compliance readiness. Drive positive safety culture through engagement, communication, and proactive leadership. Conduct site inspections, workplace assessments, hazard identification and control implementation. Develop policies, procedures, and Safe Work Procedures (SWPs) aligned with legislative and ISO requirements. Provide advisory support on information security controls (ISO 27001 desirable but not essential). Prepare reports, monthly dashboards, audit evidence packs and compliance documentation for clients. Qualifications Minimum 1‑2 years’ experience in HSEQ, WHS, Construction or a related consulting/advisory role. Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 . Ability to influence, coach and strengthen safety culture across diverse workforce groups. Strong understanding of WHS legislation and construction industry safety practices. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and report‑writing skills. Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple clients, and prioritise effectively.
