We don’t work long hours, but this role is ideal for someone who likes variety and is happy to adapt to the needs of the business. Working from our modern office in Brendale (north of Brisbane), as our new Support Manager, your efforts and contribution to the success of the business, will be highly valued and make a real impact from day one. Permanent Part-Time, 30 hours per week – (negotiable for the right applicant). What you’ll be doing Ensure day‑to‑day business processes run smoothly and efficiently. Be across client projects and project management software to ensure all the moving parts are progressing smoothly or being escalated if needed. Be a trusted and responsive point of contact for our clients, with clear, professional communication. Provide administration support and calendar management for our Managing Directors. Manage the office, answer incoming calls and emails, order supplies, printing, liaising with tradespeople, staff events, client catering (small part of the role). Be the anchor of our team, a central point of contact for questions, contribute to staff culture and engagement. Attend internal meetings, take down and follow up action items, review and collate timesheets. Lead and implement ad hoc projects to streamline and systemise business operations. Skills and experience we’re looking for Minimum 2 years’ experience in a business support or operations role. Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Proven track record of leading implementation, taking an idea or initiative and seeing it through to completion. Intrapreneurial approach, excitement to dive in and really take ownership of the role. Tech‑savvy and experience with a variety of software platforms (ClickUp, WordPress, GoHighLevel/CRM). Strong administrative and organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Positive about balancing AI and automation with human connection. Marketing knowledge or interest is an advantage but not absolutely mandatory. Skilled at building rapport with people, making them feel heard and supported.
