Flood Recovery Case Manager

Join a team that is supporting families impacted by the flooding. Flex to work part time 3 or 4 days per week as well as full time. 2 case management roles based at Bendigo or Echuca fixed term to June 30th 2024. Your role We are a ‘can-do’ organisation, and we respond with practical, hands‑on support to those in need. The un‑precedented flooding across our state has displaced many families. We need 2 case managers working 9am‑5pm until June 30th, 2024, delivering the intake, case management and assessment to those accessing services. Responsibilities Intake and triage. Community connections and understanding of services and available supports. Trauma informed case management. A systemic lens. Creating case management plans. Coordinate other services on‑site at the hub. Benefits and Working Conditions Flex to work part time 3 or 4 days per week as well as full time. You get a salary starting at $94,000 plus super at full time. Salary packaging is available up to $15,900 plus an entertainment card. SCHCADS award Level 5. Negotiable increments dependent upon experience. Suitable for people in Echuca, Bendigo, Rochester or surrounding areas. Health and Wellbeing programs: Well Worth It, EIP and EAP.
