As our Senior Financial Accountant, you will be primarily responsible for supporting our Executive Finance & IT Manager to complete the accounting & financial activities for our business. In this role, you will ensure our company fulfils reporting obligations to external parties. Core Accountabilities Maintain integrity of the general ledger and oversee month-end close process Coordinate and prepare group reporting submissions, and reporting to corporate headquarters in accordance with group timelines Support external audit process, including preparation of working papers and responding to auditor queries Compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and taxation requirements Operational & Project Support Partner with the business to assess financial impacts of capital projects and cost control initiatives. System and Process Improvement Lead initiatives to improve financial systems, reporting automation and process efficiency. About the team Reporting to the Executive Finance & IT Manager, you will lead a small team of two (Financial Accountant and AP & AR Officer) and work closely with our Management Accountant. You will form part of our wider Broader Leadership Team, with the opportunity to develop as a senior leader within our business.
