The Role We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist—the welcoming face of our park. Your duties include, but are not limited to: Providing a high standard of customer service Processing guest check‑ins and check‑outs Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts Co‑ordinating with Housekeeping to track accommodation readiness Providing guests with information about the property and local attractions Completing day‑to‑day office administration Maintaining excellent relationships with park teams, residents, and guests What we look for To be successful in this role you will have: Previous front office or hospitality experience Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or a comparable reservation booking system Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle cash transactions accurately Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Enthusiastic and positive attitude Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed Current driver’s licence Benefits to You Discounted accommodation at over 300 G’day Group holiday parks nationwide Discounts with G’day Rewards partners Service recognition awards Access to Employee Assistance Program Internal promotion and career development opportunities How to Apply Are you an enthusiastic, customer‑oriented individual looking for a dynamic role in the hospitality industry?
