Park Regis City Quays & Piermonde Apartments are looking for the next person to join our Front Office Team. We are currently looking for the next person to join our expanding Front Office Team. We are currently looking for someone who will be there to support the Front Office Team in all aspects with a hand on approach and ensuring both our customers and our team are happy. Responsibilities Welcoming guests to the hotel during check‑in & checking out and also during their stay with us Assisting guests with any requests and sharing your local knowledge Working alongside housekeeping and maintenance to ensure all are aware of guest movements and requests Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests as required Dealing with any customer complaints or issues with the best outcomes Skills and Experience Knowledge of RMS or similar PMS RMS experience preferred for efficient property management operations Able to use software such as SiteMinder Professional phone manner Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Excel and Word Tour Reservations System or similar Previous experience within a MLR property not essential Flexible to work various shifts including weekends, public holidays & overnight Applicants of all ages welcome as there is no minimum age requirement for this position Minimum 1-2 years of front office or hotel reception experience required Valid Australian work visa or work rights required Benefits A dynamic and supportive work environment that values creativity and collaboration.
