About the Role We are seeking an ambitious and results‑driven Queensland General Manager to lead and expand our operations within the state, embarking on an ambitious growth journey across Australia. Your primary focus will be on achieving growth of our current portfolio, optimising operations, and driving both process and team performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals for growth, talent acquisition, and market positioning. Manage day‑to‑day operations, ensuring recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, and effective in meeting client and candidate needs. Lead and mentor recruitment teams, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance environment to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs, ensure satisfaction, and drive repeat business. Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the recruitment team, analysing results, and implementing improvements as necessary.
