This role supports the safe management of prisoners, drives rehabilitation outcomes, and contributes to strategic performance across the correctional system. Key responsibilities: Oversee the safe and secure management of prisoners across multiple high‑security centres. Ensure compliance with legislation and lead offender rehabilitation strategies. Maintain security systems and coordinate emergency responses. Plan workforce and engage stakeholders. Contribute to integrated offender management and support transition of offenders into the community.
