About the role: Our Logistics Officer is responsible for leading and optimising cane transport operations from field to mill to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability. Reporting to the Transport Operations Manager, this role plays a key part in coordinating daily logistics activities, managing team performance, and supporting Wilmar’s commitment to safety and operational excellence. As Wilmar continues to modernise our operations, this role will also contribute to our digital transformation – leveraging data and insights to inform decisions on automation, and emerging technologies to deliver more efficient logistics outcomes.
