About the role Our Logistics Officer leads and optimises cane transport operations from field to mill to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability. Reporting to the Transport Operations Manager, this role coordinates daily logistics activities, manages team performance, and supports Wilmar’s commitment to safety and operational excellence. As Wilmar modernises operations, this role contributes to digital transformation – leveraging data and insights to inform decisions on automation, emerging technologies, and delivering more efficient logistics outcomes.
