Experienced Grounds person/Maintenance Officer required for a part time position (3 days per week/5.5 hours per day) at our stunning NDIS location in Tingira Heights. Join our team, where no two days look the same and your work directly shapes the beauty and safety of our grounds. We are seeking a dedicated, hands‑on Grounds person and Maintenance Officer to help maintain our outdoor spaces and facilities to the highest standard. About the Role In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for: Grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, planting and general landscaping Routine maintenance and repairs to buildings, equipment and outdoor spaces Ensuring all areas remain safe, welcoming and well-presented Assisting with improvement projects across the site Operating maintenance tools, machinery and equipment responsibly and safely What We’re Looking For Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or general maintenance Strong practical skills and a proactive, can‑do attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team Good understanding of workplace safety Reliability, initiative, and pride in quality workmanship Why Join Us?
