The Opportunity As the Studio Operations Manager , you’ll be the organisational backbone. You’ll oversee all studio schedules, processes, resources, and people to ensure projects run smoothly. Your expertise in operations and management will contribute to the overall success of the studio, by managing staff, and resources to support creative projects. Key Responsibilities Manage daily studio operations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Plan and coordinate studio schedules. Lead, mentor, and support studio staff to achieve exceptional output and maintain high-quality standards. Oversee inventory management for studio assets, samples, props, and equipment. Implement and streamline studio operational processes to improve efficiency and communication. Manage external suppliers, contractors, and logistics partners as needed. About You Proven experience in operations management (retail or furniture industry experience desirable). Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments. Strong knowledge of workflow management, scheduling, and production processes. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and ever-evolving environment. Why Join Koala Living?
