ONE TWO offers high-energy, 45-minute boxing-inspired fitness classes that combine boxing, cardio, and resistance training. With a scientifically designed structure of 6 rounds of boxing and 4 rounds of resistance, the workouts are optimized to deliver a full-body conditioning experience. Classes are guided by digital prompts and supported by dynamic in-studio instructors, ensuring an engaging and motivating atmosphere. Each studio features an electrifying ambiance with neon lighting and immersive design, creating a welcoming, non-intimidating space for all fitness levels. Role Description Studio Manager One Two Boxing is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic, driven, and community-minded Studio Manager to lead our Melbourne studio. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who loves people, loves fitness, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. What You’ll Be Doing Drive membership sales with confidence and consistency Manage leads, conversions, follow‑ups, and local marketing initiatives Develop partnerships with local sports clubs, gyms, businesses and community groups Always be looking for ways to grow the business and expand brand awareness Member Experience & Retention Deliver exceptional customer service every day Build strong relationships with members, with a focus on retention and satisfaction Implement retention strategies and member engagement initiatives Teach high‑quality boxing classes with energy and professionalism Maintain coaching standards aligned with One Two Boxing’s training philosophy Studio Operations Ensure studio cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met Manage stock, equipment, and daily operational tasks Oversee casual staff and support team development Community & Culture Plan and deliver one community event each month Help foster a fun, inclusive, motivating culture in the studio Represent One Two Boxing as the face of the local community What We’re Looking For Proven experience in membership sales (fitness or similar highly preferred) Experience in implementing retention strategies Ability to confidently lead boxing or fitness classes (approx. 10 hours/week) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage cleaning and maintenance standards Strong communication and community‑building skills A proactive mindset – you don’t wait to be told what to do; you make things happen What We Offer $75k salary + performance bonuses A dynamic, supportive team environment Real opportunities for career progression as our studios grow A role where you truly get to shape the member experience and community Qualifications Cert 3 in Fitness or be willing to enrol First Aid/CPR & Working With Children Check Sales experience with a focus on driving business growth and member engagement Project Management expertise to oversee day‑to‑day operations and improve studio processes Passion for fitness and experience in the fitness or wellness industry is highly regarded Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and prioritize tasks effectively Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings Email with your updated resume or call Taurean on for more information on the role Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at ONE TWO Boxing by 2x Get notified about new Studio Manager jobs in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia . #J-18808-Ljbffr
