Having just re-launched the ALL Accor+ Explorer membership with new benefits, we’re looking for an experienced specialist with creativity and initiative, to join a high performing team. The role Accor Plus is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Pacific team on a 3-month contract, with an immediate start, to support our core ALL Accor+ Explorer member communications. If you’re strong in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and copywriting, and you thrive in fast-paced digital environments — this one’s for you. What you’ll do Build and deploy e-cards and e-newsletters in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Write and prepare copy and assets across email, website and social channels Test hotel offers and liaise with hotel teams Maintain the weekly campaign plan, Asana schedules and monthly reports What you’ll bring 3–4 years’ experience in digital marketing or CRM Strong hands‑on Salesforce Marketing Cloud skills (DEs, Journeys, builds) Excellent copywriting ability and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders Bonus: Asana or WordPress experience Why you’ll love it Great flexibility, negotiate hybrid/remote working options Industry leading subscription membership Exciting new product, building on a 30‑year market legacy High‑impact role with a global hospitality brand Fast‑moving, supportive team environment Available for an immediate start Join a high‑performing team to create dynamic, engaging email and social campaigns that deepen the connection our ALL Accor+ Explorer subscription members have with their membership.
