About The Role We are looking for a natural storyteller who loves turning ideas into compelling communication. In this hands‑on role you will shape how our organisation communicates across corporate, brand and customer‑facing channels during an important phase of growth. You will report to the VP Product & Commercial Strategy and play a central part in developing and delivering integrated communications and digital marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and support commercial and corporate objectives. Work arrangements Full‑time or part‑time. The role is open to applicants across Australia, subject to meeting standard communication and collaboration requirements. As the Communications & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will Develop and execute an integrated communications and digital marketing plan that supports the company’s strategic priorities. Partner closely with the Commercial Strategy team to plan and deliver customer communications, brand activities, and targeted content. Create and manage content for direct customer channels, including newsletters, email updates, educational materials, and digital communications. Produce high‑quality marketing and communication collateral such as presentations, brochures, internal updates, and corporate materials. Shape compelling narratives and oversee end‑to‑end creative production, coordinating copywriting and design to deliver cohesive, on‑brand content. Maintain brand integrity and message consistency across every touchpoint, ensuring all content aligns with compliance and regulatory requirements. Manage and grow the company’s social and digital presence (within industry compliance parameters), including planning, scheduling and publishing content. Translate complex technical or scientific information into simple, accessible and engaging messaging tailored to each audience. Support leadership communications, crafting messages for announcements, updates, or company newsletters. Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of digital and communication initiatives, using insights to refine strategy. Identify opportunities for process improvements, workflow enhancements and communication efficiencies. About You Qualifications / Licences Tertiary qualification in Communication, Business, Marketing or a related field. Pre‑employment security and health screening. Experience / Skills 3+ years’ experience in communications or digital marketing, ideally within healthcare, life sciences or another highly regulated sector. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging and accessible content for different audiences. Demonstrated experience developing content calendars, email campaigns, digital assets and marketing materials. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines. Hands‑on experience using key digital design and marketing tools. A creative, resourceful, and solutions‑focused mindset, with the ability to make an impact even when budgets are modest.
