We are now looking for full time, qualified and experienced Bread makers and Pastry chefs with a passion for artisan baking techniques to join our production facilities in Molendinar, QLD. This is an opportunity for qualified bakers to shine alongside passionate professionals dedicated to their craft. You will also have the following: Availability including early morning and day shifts (5 days 8 hours shift pattern or 4 days 10 hours shift pattern available). Ability to work hard with an experienced and fast paced team Initiative and be highly self-motivated Perform proper and safe operation of bakery equipment and utensils Clear understanding of HACCP and OHS/WHS Understanding of basic bakery theory and techniques including hand moulding Knowledge of natural fermentation and yeasted dough Passionate about baking Ability to work under pressure Punctual and well-presented Hard working individuals with high attention to detail If this is you and you are interested in a long and rewarding career, apply now Salary starting from $76,515.00 per year + Statutory Superannuation.
