Hand and Nail care Volunteer in Residential Aged Care, Daw Park SA Beauty parlour and pamper session at Daw Park As a Hand Massage and/or Nail Care Volunteer, you will help to provide companionship and meaningful engagement for older people in a residential care home. Spend time with residents talking and listening to their stories, while pampering them with a gentle hand massage and simple nail care (such as filing or nail polish). Your impact Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated. HammondCare HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.
