ATTARDS is seeking a motivated and reliable Junior Administration / Production Assistant to join our team. About us: ATTARDS . From first measure, to initial design, to final installation , our clients can trust us to manage every aspect of their truck re-branding . Duties Include (but are not limited to): Represent ATTARDS in a positive, professional, and friendly manner at all times. Carry out general administrative duties, including completing sales and production administration paperwork. Support the Production Schedule by providing an additional set of eyes and ears to help ensure jobs progress smoothly and on time. Provide administrative support to our incredible Sales Team. Offer support, guidance, and exceptional service to our valued clientele. About you: A can-do, determined individual with a strong willingness to learn. Good problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task. Committed to producing high-quality results with keen attention to detail and pride in every project. Strong communication skills and professional demeanour. Not afraid to answer calls, assist customers and go the extra mile to get the job done. Previous experience in administration is desired, though not essential. Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship is required for this role.
