Job Summary: As the Administrative Assistant, responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the office. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day administrative tasks, managing communication channels, supporting team members, and maintaining organized and accurate records. Key Responsibilities: Assist with general office administration including data entry, stock control, and maintaining organized workspaces. Support the production and logistics teams with scheduling, dispatch coordination, and order updates. Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Process sales orders, delivery dockets, and customer documentation accurately. Assist customers with product information, pricing, order status, and basic troubleshooting. Cross-functional collaboration Provide administrative assistance to management and support teams as required.
