Role & Team Account Manager – You will help our Corporate Clients ($25M‑250M Annual Turnover) manage their CreditorWatch account. You will manage a portfolio of approximately 200 accounts and focus on upselling and cross‑selling existing and new products, training, support and regular contact. You will serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating how CreditorWatch continues to add benefit to our Accounts through a creative and strategic approach. This role reports to the Sales Manager and is a full‑time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions based out of our Brisbane CBD office. Key Responsibilities Identify, negotiate and close new business opportunities within an existing portfolio of customers to drive net growth of the customer portfolio Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers – understand their needs and goals to provide tailored solutions Respond to customers’ needs and requirements in a timely fashion Maintain correct and updated knowledge of company products and services Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions and share insights with customers to position the company as a strategic partner Ideal Candidate To be successful in the role, you will ideally have at least 3+ years of sales experience as an Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Account Executive within the tech/SaaS space. You will be nurturing in your approach and have a way with customers, showcasing strong problem‑solving, active listening, and communication skills.
