Requirements for this role Flexible hours available 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role Position Show Supervisor Event Date December 19 Schedule 2:00 PM – 9:30 PM We are seeking an experienced and organized Show Supervisor to oversee our upcoming ballet event. The ideal candidate will have prior event management or stage supervision experience and be confident coordinating all aspects of a live production. Responsibilities Oversee all event operations from pre-show setup to post-show wrap-up Coordinate with dancers, backstage assistants, and technical staff Ensure the event runs on schedule and address any issues promptly Maintain clear communication across all departments Support a smooth, professional, and safe environment for performers and staff Ideal Candidate Prior experience in event management, stage supervision, or similar role Strong leadership and communication skills Highly organized and able to multitask under pressure Reliable, punctual, and professional If you have a passion for live events and the ability to keep a production running seamlessly, we encourage you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
