We operate 15 contemporary medical centres in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast – and our network continues to grow. Our medical centres offer general practice, dental, radiology, telehealth, pharmacy, pathology, allied health and specialists – all under one roof. An exciting opportunity has opened up for an exceptional Head of Marketing, based in Sydney. In this role you will be a brand manager, creative and communications specialist, marketing strategist, technophile, people person and natural leader. The successful applicant will bring their experience, energy and ambition to make this role their own. Responsibilities Manage and develop our portfolio of healthcare brands – online and offline, direct to patients as well as healthcare professionals Oversee the healthcare professional recruitment and retention strategy and its execution Own the patient marketing and communications activity for our fast‑growing network of medical centres, dental and radiology clinics, and telehealth service Leverage our instance of Salesforce CRM and Loyalty Cloud to drive patient engagement and growth Foster a high‑performing, collaborative culture within the marketing team Work with internal stakeholders and agencies to ensure quality output, on‑time and to budget Qualifications Have at least several years’ experience in a marketing leadership role Be a strategic thinker Be extremely well‑organised and able to work under pressure Be a performance‑oriented and inspiring leader The role is North Sydney based, full‑time in the office. Interstate travel to Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast may be required from time to time.
