" + "Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have full ownership of the marketing function while also guiding the product development strategy across a diverse medical product portfolio. " + "Key Responsibilities " + "" + "Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy aligned to organisational growth plans " + "Oversee the product development roadmap, from market insights through to launch " + "Lead brand management, digital strategy, customer segmentation and campaign performance " + "Implement marketing systems, processes and reporting to support corporatisation " + "Partner closely with Sales, Quality, Regulatory and Operations for cross‑functional alignment " + "Build and mentor a capable marketing and product team " + "Use analytics, customer insights and competitor intelligence to drive continuous improvement " + "Manage agency relationships and marketing investment with strong commercial discipline " + " " + "You're a dynamic marketing leader with experience in medical devices, medical products, healthcare, pharma, or another regulated technical industry . You understand how to bring structure, clarity and best practice into a business that's maturing—and you enjoy the mix of strategy, leadership and hands‑on involvement.
