We’re on the lookout for a passionate and proactive Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic People & Culture Team. If you love working with people, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and want to make a real impact, this could be your next stop About You Champion a positive, inclusive and safe culture that aligns with our organisational values and goals Confidently coach and guide leaders on a range of people related matters, fostering capability and accountability Draft, review and refine employment related documentation with accuracy Conduct thorough workplace investigations and support fair, transparent disciplinary processes Advise on and support the delivery of organisational change initiatives Maintain up to date knowledge of employment laws, industrial instruments, policies and procedures to ensure compliance Support the delivery of all employee life cycle activities including on boarding, off boarding, performance appraisals, remuneration reviews, reward and recognition. About You: Work both autonomously and in a team environment Develop and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of the organisation Build trust and rapport and influence decision making Effectively convey information in a concise manner, both verbally and in writing Identify and resolve conflict Understand and apply Australian employment law and industrial instruments Effectively engage with external stakeholders, including unions Prior experience working in a fast‑pace, multi‑disciplined and/or multi‑site environment is preferred, but not essential.
