The Role We are seeking a Client Services Analyst to join our APAC IT team. In this role, you will provide first and second‑line technical support to end‑users across multiple locations, ensuring operational stability and reliability of IT infrastructure. You’ll work closely with IT teams in Indonesia, Thailand, and the global enterprise to deliver exceptional service and support business priorities. Key Responsibilities Deliver and administer IT infrastructure services including network configurations, Windows Server management, virtualization, and Active Directory. Provide Tier I–III IT helpdesk support across APAC (password resets, troubleshooting, installations, network issue resolution). Participate in IT projects, solution design, and infrastructure enhancements. Manage IT assets, inventory, and onboarding/offboarding processes. Conduct IT orientation and cybersecurity awareness sessions. Ensure compliance with audit requirements and company policies. What We’re Looking For Degree in Computer Science or equivalent is highly regarded. 5 to 10 years + of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networks, servers). Experience with Service Desk ticketing systems and MS Teams. Certifications in Cybersecurity Operations Analyst and Risk & Information Systems Control preferred. Excellent problem‑solving skills, initiative, and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Working Conditions Office‑based role with occasional travel across APAC, including client sites.
