Short Description A hands-on and proactive Procurement Specialist is needed to manage end-to-end purchasing across packaging, ingredients, and consumables, while driving structure, improvement, and supplier excellence within a high-SKU, fast-moving operation. The Role Reporting to the Head of Procurement, the Procurement Specialist will oversee the full procurement lifecycle for a busy manufacturing site. Managing daily and weekly purchasing, you will ensure accurate inventory levels, on-time replenishment, and the availability of materials to support production schedules and roasting plans. With 40+ suppliers and over 1,000 SKUs, you will bring strong attention to detail when cross-referencing pricing, MOQs, and supplier information. This role is highly collaborative — working closely with warehousing, production, and planning teams, often walking the floor to obtain real-time stock insights while the business transitions to SAP. Beyond day-to-day purchasing, you will play a key role in developing procurement processes and SOPs, supporting category playbooks, ordering rules, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role suits someone who thrives in building processes, problem-solving, and driving CI to an agile and fast-paced environment.
