About the Role In this senior, client‑facing position you will own end‑to‑end delivery of customised research programmes, working across diverse industries to tackle complex business and marketing challenges with strategic thinking and data‑driven insight. From methodology design to multi‑market study management you will ensure clients receive actionable outputs with confidence. Your day‑to‑day will include Leading client relationships, understanding their business needs in the context of market and industry trends. Designing and delivering tailored research solutions that uncover opportunities and optimise strategy. Managing complex quantitative and qualitative projects, including mixed‑methodology and international studies. Creating compelling deliverables (reports, personas, journey maps, playbooks) that inspire action. Presenting insights and strategic recommendations that influence senior decision‑making. Mentoring and developing junior researchers, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture. About You You're inquisitive, pragmatic, and confident in challenging the status‑quo to achieve the best outcomes. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on project delivery. Qualifications 3–4+ years’ experience in a market research agency. Strong quantitative skills (SPSS and/or Q) and expertise in data visualisation (PowerPoint). Proven experience managing projects end‑to‑end. Excellent communication skills for client presentations and written reporting. A natural ability to build strong client partnerships and manage multiple stakeholders.
